Another sundown
Another day gone
Another city another guitar and another song
Maybe I'll get it right if you keep on doing me wrong
Maybe I'll finally get right
I'll finally get right
Don't speak of heartache
It's all been said before
I know you are somewhere knocking on some other door
Someone kind of like me who like me you will leave needing more
Someone kind of like me is she kind of like me?
Someone kind of like me
Is she kinda like me?
Rise up stars keep keeping on shining
Pay no mind I'm just another girl crying
Don't know how to work
I don't know how to steal
And when I look at you babe I really don't know how to feel
When I look at you I don't smile right
And then I try to frown and then it's fight or flight
And then you turn around and we lock eyes
And suddenly I've
Lost another sundown

You know, it wasn't my favorite for a while, but for some reason my brain decided to listen to it on loop a few weeks ago and now I can't stop thinking about it.
I love the synths, the tone, the lyricism, even the music videos which I feel I should mention!!!
(also, should've been me reminds me a bit of abba which is an automatic bonus in my book) praisedrays

I’m so grateful this crossed my path. This album is so beautiful. All the clear technique and mastery and vision are kinda secondary to the fact that this album brought me calm and joy during one of the most difficult times in my life. Yeah, grateful. David McCullough
